History

Mast Projects originated in 1993, and has built up a reputation for delivering a high quality product where and when it is required.
Operating a system of reinvestment, the company has and is constantly striving to keep abreast of up to date design techniques and fabrication processes.
Ideally located in the greater Johannesburg area, in close proximity to main highways and OR Tambo (Johannesburg) International Airport, we are in a fortunate situation to service our clients, both nationally and internationally.

Objectives

In Order to broaden our services and product range, Mast Projects is consistently prepared to explore new fields within the industry to provide Africa and its people with the communications they deserve and have come to expect.

As one of a number of mast fabricators and taking into consideration the constantly changing and ever increasing need for telecommunications, we have become a major player, especially on the African continent. We have also opened a Warehouse/Office in Lagos, Nigeria where towers and accessories are for sale to our customers. Website is at http://www.mastprojectsnigeria.net.

The South African factory covered floor space has been expanded to 6000m², and a $3m investment has been made with the purchasing of CNC machines to improve production capacity to 5000 tons of steel per month. This is equivalent to 450 x 45m lattice towers per month.

In House Logistics

Mast Projects South Africa has its own in house Logistics Import / Export section, where all manufactured towers and accessories are packed and bundles, packed into shipping containers and loaded onto trucks with the aid of our 46 Ton Stacker, and transported to shipping ports for export to various countries.

Mast Projects provides the export market with the following packing/shipping equipment for cellular sites:

* Palisade Fencing
* Aircraft Warning Lights
